Time zones and countries conversion table

This file maps the world time zones to all countries (200+).

For each country, you get the country code and English name, the exhaustive list of Olson time zone names and abbreviations, the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) and Daylight Saving Time (DST) offsets, and the time zone name as displayed in Microsoft Windows.

It can be used to check the number of time zones per country or to convert time zone data from one system to another (Olson to Microsoft Windows for instance).
